1. 초진(First visit)

처음 성남 치과 에 내원하신 모습입니다.

This is your first visit to Seongnam Dental Clinic.

오른쪽 위 어금니에 까만 충치가 있네요.

There is a black cavity in my upper right molar.

충치 때문에 이가 깨졌고,

그 사이로 음식도 많이 껴있었습니다.

Teeth are broken due to cavities,

그러다 보니 통증도 매우 큰 상태였습니다.

As a result, the pain was very severe.

2. 진단(Diagnosis)

엑스레이를 찍어서 살펴보았습니다.

I took an x-ray and looked at it.

충치가 매우 깊고 커서

치수까지 닿아있습니다.

The cavity is very deep and large.

It even reaches the dimensions.

​

그래서 더서울에서는

충치에 감염된 근관을

깨끗이 소독하는

신경치료를 한 뒤

크라운을 씌워서

이 치아를 보호해 주기로 했습니다.

3. 신경치료(Root canal treatment)

성남 더서울 치과 에서는

오른쪽 위 어금니에 부분 마취를 하고,

치수를 모두 긁어낸뒤

깨끗하게 채웠습니다.

그래서 3~5회에 걸쳐

총 3개의 치아를 치료했습니다.

감염에 신경 썼습니다.

환자가 불편하지 않도록

많이 노력했답니다.

I worked hard.

4. 크라운 (Crown design)

신경치료가 끝난 후에는

크라운을 씌우게 되는데요,

컴퓨터 프로그램을 이용하여

보철을 직접 디자인했습니다.

섬세하게 작업하였습니다.

제가 직접 크라운을 디자인하고

제작하기 위해서는

퇴근 후에도 잔업을 해야 되지만.. ㅠ

내 치아와 차이가 나지 않도록

연마와 조정을 통해

대합치와 맞물렸을 때

어색하지는 않는지도

여러 번 확인해 드렸고,

When engaged with the opposing teeth

Isn’t it awkward?

I checked it several times.

마지막으로 단단하게 접착했기 때문에

식사하는데 문제가 없을 겁니다.

Because it was finally glued tightly together.

You won’t have any problems eating.

5. 마지막 말씀(Last Words)

오늘 설명드린 내용 이외에도

구강 내 문제들은 갑작스럽게 나타날 수 있습니다.
