환자께서 처음 내원하셨을 때
저에게 해주셨던 말씀이 있습니다.
“저 치아 색이 이상한 곳이 있어요.
검게 물들어 있는데.. 아프기도 하네요.”
듣자마자 저는 짐작을 했습니다.
아.. 충치가 심하게 썩었구나..!

When the patient first came to the hospital,
There’s something you told me.
“There’s a place where the color of my teeth is weird.
It’s black. It hurts, too.”
As soon as I heard it, I guessed.
Oh, your cavity is rotten.
구강 내를 확인해 보니 아니나 다를까..
역시 검게 물들어 있는 곳이 눈에 띕니다.
# 16 은 치아 파절까지 일어나 있었는데요.
한눈에 봐도 상황은 별로 좋지 않았습니다.
음 엑스레이 촬영을 통해 확인해 본 결과
# 16 치아 파절이 나타났으며
주변에 있는 인접치들에도 작은 충치들이 관찰되어 있네요.

어금니 신경치료 를 받았던 곳에
재감염으로 확인되는 병소가 나타났으며
이미 법랑질을 넘어 상아질에도 퍼져 있는
감염 요소들이 확인되고 있었습니다.

Molar Neurotherapy Process and Finishing』
어금니 신경치료 과정을 간단히 살펴보겠습니다.

1) 진단
: 육안 관찰 및 엑스레이, 씨티 촬영을 통해 진단을 내립니다.
2) 마취
: 이 과정은 말하지 않아도 아시겠죠?
좀 더 편안하게 진료를 받으실 수 있도록 하는 겁니다.
3) 근관 확장 및 제거
: 감염된 곳을 넓혀준 뒤,
썩어있는 곳을 깨끗하게 세척합니다.
본격적으로 증상이 완화되는 시점이죠.
4) 근관 세척 및 충전
: 치아 내부를 깨끗하게 청소했다면
얇은 바늘과 같은 도구를 이용하여 텅 빈 곳을 채워줍니다.
5) 최종 보철
: 치아를 보호해 주는 크라운을 제작하는 과정으로 마무리되죠.
이러한 과정을 통해 내부 근관 및 혈관을 제거하고
감염 및 염증이 치료하며
차아의 기능을 유지하고 보호하는 역할을 합니다.
